How To: Complete Campaign Steps

Once you are activating into a campaign, every campaign step will need to be completed. There will be steps specifically assigned to you as the Creator and assigned for the Brand. Once all steps are fulfilled, your collaboration with be completed

You and the Brand will move through each Step 1 by 1. Once you have completed a Step, you will select ‘Done’ within the Step itself. 

All steps are compulsory 

Navigating Steps on the Campaign Dashboard:

The Steps will only appear after you have been Activated into a campaign. They will be located underneath the campaign title.

When you select ‘View Steps’ you will be able to view and complete Steps. The Steps bar will show along the left hand side of the dashboard. Here, you can see Steps that are specifically assigned to brands or creators, Steps in progress and complete your creator Steps. 

Common Campaign Steps:

STEP 1: BRAND ACTIVATES INFLUENCER 

This is a Brand Step. This will be the first ever step completed within a campaign. 

STEP 2: BRAND SUBMIT SHIPMENT TRACKING LINK 

This is also a Brand Step. This step is used if the Brand is shipping products directly to Creators for the collaboration. 

You can click on this Step on the dashboard and you will be able to see your individual shipment tracking link, once the brand has completed the step. Therefore, you will be able to track your product. 

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct within your Creator.co Account Settings, so brands ship products to the correct address.

STEP 3: CREATOR SUBMIT CONTENT PREVIEW

This is a CREATOR Step. This step is for you to submit your first content draft for the campaign. This allows the brand to give you feedback on your content and caption. You can apply the edits given to you by the brand before, providing your finalised content. Once the brand approves your content and caption, you will be able to post to your social media platform (not applicable within UGC campaigns) 

You can upload your content either through the step or within the dashboard chat by selecting ‘Upload Files’. Content has to be uploaded on the platform - cannot be uploaded over text/SMS. 

To complete this step, remember to select ‘Done’ within the step itself. 

The brand will communicate with you through the chat, letting you know if you have to make any edits or adjustments to your content or captions. You can upload more files through the chat if further feedback is required.

STEP 4: BRAND REVIEW CONTENT PREVIEW

This is a Brand Step. This is completed by the brand when they have approved your final piece of content for the collaboration. Once the brand has completed this step, you can make your content live on your social media platform (Not Applicable for UGC campaigns). 

• The brands will usually communicate to you that they have approved your content within the chat as well.

STEP 5: CREATOR SUBMIT SHOUTOUT POST URL

This is a CREATOR Step. Once the brand has approved your content, you will be approved to post to the chosen social media platform. When you make your Post live, you can insert the specific URL to the Post within the Step.

To complete this step, remember to select ‘Done’ within the step itself. 

STEP 6: BRAND SCORE SHOUTOUT

This is a Brand Step. This is completed by the brand when your content is live. This Step is used for the brand to rate you as a creator and the content you produced for their campaign. The brand will rate you out of 5 hearts.

This rating will become public on your Creator.co profile.

‘Brand Score Shoutout’ is the final step of all Creator.co campaigns. Once this Step has been completed, the collaboration for the campaign has been completed.
