In order to determine your engagement rate, we look at recent content within the past 90 days & exclude the last 30 days as newer content may have lower engagement.
The percentage is calculated by summing up average engagements on each content, then dividing by follower count and multiplying by 100.
Please note, it takes up to 48 hours for our platform to calculate your engagement rate. If it is still 0% please try refreshing the connection.
If you click on the question mark icon next to your engagement rate, you will be able to see a detailed breakdown of where we are pulling these numbers from:
Other things that may impact your engagement rate:
- Trial Reels (Instagram): Trial Reels are included towards your engagement rate. At this time, Instagram does not offer a signal to differentiate it from a regular reel.
- Boosted vs Organic Content: Our engagement only reviews ORGANIC performance, so if you boost your posts, please note, your posts will only reflect organic performance.
- Deleted Posts: Our engagement still tracks any posts that have been deleted. This is to ensure a accurate representation of your engagement to the brands.
If there are posts that are pulling incorrectly or not at all, please reach out to us along any screenshots that you can provide.
